Skate Canada Membership

The Fort Saskatchewan Figure Skating Association is a Skate Canada sanctioned club.  All members of our figure skating club are required to obtain a Skate Canada Membership.  The Skate Canada Membership Fee is $33.00 and the registration year begins September 1 and runs until August 31.  All clubs must register all of their members annually by September 1 or within two weeks of the start of the first club session of the year.  It is the responsibility of Skate Canada clubs to register everyone participating in any club program unless another club has registered the member.  The member registration fee also includes mandatory insurance.  Anyone participating in a club program, regardless of type or duration and any volunteering with your club must be registered unless another Skate Canada Club has registered him or her.
